WHO ARE WE?
Training Fundraisers
to Guide Donors
Duke Philanthropy LLC was founded out of a simple observation. Many fundraising programs focus heavily on staff activity. Few consistently follow donor behavior.
Development teams track calls made, visits completed, and proposals submitted. These activities matter, yet they do not show whether donor relationships are truly advancing.
As a result, nonprofit leaders often struggle to see how future major gifts are developing. Forecasting becomes difficult when performance depends on a small number of gifts.
We help leaders bring greater clarity by shifting focus to the signals that matter most: donor engagement, explicit interest, and readiness to move forward.
This approach creates more than a better pipeline. It offers a different way to lead fundraising. Organizations gain a clearer view of relationship progress. They improve forecasting accuracy and help teams concentrate effort where donors show the strongest signals.
When systems work well, leaders see the pipeline behind future gifts more clearly. Donors receive better guidance toward meaningful philanthropic impact.
